Description:

Some of the tasks they will be performing will be basic plumbing including changing facets and shower heads out, basic electrical work installing ceiling fans, basic carpentry installing baseboards and door casings, basic drywall patching holes and sometimes changing out sections of drywall.

Must have your own set of tools, including power tools such as: Skilsaw, Sawzall, Nail gun, Cordless drill, Grinder

• Meets daily with Project Foreman to set priorities of the day.

• Demos job site according to scope of work.

• Knowledge and experience in Rough Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical.

• Knowledge and experience: hang, patch, and mud drywall.

• Knowledge and experience of rough and finish carpentry.

• Knowledge and experience to lay sub flooring.

• Knowledge and experience in finish plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.

• Knowledge and experience using hand held tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, etc.

• Knowledge and experience using power tools such as drills, nail guns, chop saws, etc.
