The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Account Manager Full-time | Colombia | Hybrid model Your responsibilities within the role will include: Establishing Strong Relationships with Customers: Focus on building deep, lasting connections with clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Being the Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the essential link between your clients and the company, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled and client expectations are surpassed, thereby cementing trust and reliability. Developing Strategies to Expand the Client Portfolio: Leverage market insights and strategic planning to attract new clients and identify growth opportunities within the existing portfolio, collaborating closely with other departments to tailor compelling offers. Maximizing the Value of Existing Accounts: Continuously assess and identify opportunities for enhancing the value of current client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing tailored financial solutions that meet evolving client needs. What we need to see from you Profile: Systems engineer with a related background and extensive experience in the role of Account Manager. Required Skills: Sales Skills: Ability to identify sales opportunities, present solutions persuasively, and close deals. Product/Service Knowledge: Deep understanding of the products or services offered, including their features and benefits to customers. Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions. Negotiation: Capacity to negotiate terms and conditions that benefit both the company and the customer. Customer Orientation: Focus on providing excellent customer service, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop and execute effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention. Effective Communication: Skill in communicating clearly, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal teams. Market Analysis: Ability to analyze the market and competitors, identifying opportunities and threats to the business. Problem Solving: Capacity to identify and resolve problems efficiently, seeking creative and effective solutions. Results Orientation: Commitment to achieving established objectives and goals, with a focus on revenue generation and growing the customer portfolio.
