About the Role

The Girl’s Print and Graphics Manager supports the Surface Design Team, with focus and emphasis on girl’s print, wash and graphics.

What You'll Do

  • Create and deliver best in class print, graphics and wash in line with Print and Concept Direction.

  • Implement 3D and CAD Software for print and pattern.

  • Work closely with Surface Development Team to ensure artwork and graphics are consistent with feasibility and cost parameters.

  • Encourages a culture of continuous improvement, productive thinking and collaboration within the Surface Design Team and Cross Functional partners.

  • Accountable for process and operational improvement, lean and sustainable practices to positively impact Athleta and the customer.

Who You Are

  • College degree preferred but not limited to Fashion Design, Textiles or a related field.

  • 7 + years’ experience

  • Seasoned awareness of development process for Print and Pattern (knowledge of Performance market a plus).

  • Blend of creative and technical with strong artistic and graphic design skills.

  • Experience in all facets of print and pattern design including print, graphics, dye effects and wash for apparel across multiple end uses and different fabric bases.

  • Expert knowledge of trends in youth markets, fashion references, art, and culture as well as passion for future print and graphic insights.

  • Highly proficient in CAD systems, NED Graphics, Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of 3D software a plus.

  • Self-starter, highly organized and detail oriented with strong time management skills.

  • Strategic and growth mindset, positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with business partners & teammates.

Salary Range: $103,600 - $137,300 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
