Provides strategic financial analysis to department management; coordinates program and operations research and analysis; and provides successful planning, administration and execution of a specific program(s). Provides information related to planning, policy development, work methods and procedures, manpower utilization, organizational structure, distribution of assignments and information management.A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
