DESCRIPTION

Our Merchandiser team is constantly evolving and we are now looking for our next rising star!We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented individual who knows how to work independently in their day-to-day work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a career-oriented organization, first in the merchandising, sales and representation industry. Our clients include some of the most prestigious in their industry: Studio(films), Timex, Château, Nespresso, Voortman, BIC, Danone, Lego and Smuckers to name a few, all present in a Walmart near you.In addition, we offer a daytime schedule, a competitive salary and the opportunity to build a professional career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make sure products are placed correctly, update prices and fill according to product inventory to ensure customers find what they need when they need it.

• Set up and install promotional materials.

• Keeping shelves tidy, applying planogram changes, avoiding stock-outs, etc.

• Detect opportunities with each visit to the store in order to increase our sales area.

• Assist with new product launches and help educate the end consumer about our customers' innovations.

• Maintain customer relations with employees and store managers.

• Producedetailed reports and document in-store actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Profile sought:

• Available to work from Monday to Friday (Mainly Tuesdays + Thursdays or Fridays)

• Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Physical ability to lift up to 30lbs.

• Be comfortable moving around your area.

• Computer literacy with access to amobile device and the Internet

Qualifications:

• Merchandising experience (desirable)

• Attention to detail, especially understanding and executing changes to a planogram

• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to deadlines

• Dynamism, motivation and enthusiasm

• Flexibility and adaptability

• Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written)
