This position require individuals with proven recent experience in industrial and hydraulic ose, fittings, and repair with brazing and tig welding skills. May operate material handling equipment and light fabricating hand tools and forklift.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of tools and methods of welding trade, including brazing, tig, soldering and arc welding

• Use a variet of tools (wrench, hammer, handsaw, hand grinder, power drill, calipers) and shop equipment (hose crimp machine, reusable hose assembly equipment, hose test machine and etc..)

• Identify common hose and fittings through familiarity and knowledge of vendor products

• Select necessary hose and parts to make an assembly according to customer specifications

• Cut, fit and assemble then inspect/test completed assembly

• Basic knowledge of fluid power required

• Read and precisely interpret measurements and analyze digital calipers

• Keep inventory organized with correct counts on a regular basis and stock retail shelves and bins

• Perform other duties as required
