As the PGV Media Analytics and Insights Sr. Manager, you would be responsible for the creation of media analytics and insights capabilities through reporting, data visualization, and analytics. These insights will have meaningful influence on our media strategies across newly launched brands and categories in which P&G has not competed. A strong collaboration with the PGV media team and other company media teams will be essential to success with the ability to use tried and true P&G sources and allow you to explore bringing new capabilities and technologies to PGV.
As the A&I - Media Sr. Manager you will:
Build the media A&I infrastructure and capabilities
Identify insights to drive where to pIay choices.
Plan for Seasonality – Many of the categories in which PGV plays have a seasonality aspect, the A&I leader would need to help best plan our media around that aspect.
Develop Smart Audiences – What audiences convert, don’t, and how do we develop unique creative for high propensity audiences with the potential to influence digital creative ad placement.
Collaborate with other Business Units A&I media leads to understand BIC and sense and reapply what will work best for PGV
Job Qualifications
Required
A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or related field)
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems
Experience with Media Platforms
Currently reside within commuting distance to the office or have the ability to relocate to Cincinnati, OH

Preferred
Experience with FMCG, Media, Ecom industry analytics
Data management and experience with visualization tools (SQL, KNIME, Spotfire, Power BI, etc.)
Familiarity with programming languages (Python, XML, R, C# or Java)
