ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Senior Recruiter you will be accountable for research/talent identification, sourcing and the end-to-end recruitment process. Alongside direct engagement with the market, you will also manage executive search firms as they deliver on confidential mandates. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role as CoStar Group continues to expand and evolve our products by ensuring that we have the right leadership in place to achieve the high standards we set ourselves. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director for International hiring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide world class executive search delivery, including market intelligence, talent identification and sourcing for senior level positions throughout CoStar Group.

  • Conduct market research to identify and engage relevant talent for live and future opportunities, providing a high touch candidate experience.

  • Maintain a pipeline of top talent and actively work to improve the depth and quality of that pipeline whilst ensuring a strong diversity of talent.

  • Collaborate with senior executives to understand hiring needs and recommend the appropriate hiring strategies.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Management to ensure smooth on-boarding of senior executives, as they transition from a “recruit” to an “employee”.

  • Apply a rigorous assessment process across all positions, ensuring that scorecards are tailored for each individual position and the key objectives and outcomes are clear and thoroughly assessed during the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive experience in senior level Talent Acquisition or Executive Search (Retained search experience gained at an Executive Search specialist a plus).

  • Extensive experience working with C-Suite level executives.

  • Client focused orientation.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility with executive candidates and leaders - possess gravitas to lead conversations and drive processes through to fruition.

  • Expert knowledge of executive search market practices and wider HR disciplines including executive compensation, employment laws, and talent development.

  • Ability to navigate complex matrixed organisations through hiring decisions, working across functional areas as well as managing conflicting or competing priorities.

  • Knowledge of the PropTech or Commercial Real Estate landscape a plus.

  • Risk aware, champion of compliance requirements and other controls activities associated with hiring.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • This role is primarily office based with a 4:1 hybrid.
