Duties and responsibilities related to the Sales Coordinator role

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales office, promptly addressing inquiriesvia phone, email and booking platforms

  • Prepare and distribute sales-related materials including proposals,contractsand invoices

  • Maintain an organised records of sales activities, client communications, and booking details

  • Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions

  • Coordinate invitations and responses forshowcases, presentations, and promotional events

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless eventlogistics

  • Assistin preparing presentations and reports

About you

Administrative experience or roles in hotel operations and guest services isadvantageous. You will haveexcellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work in collaboration with various stakeholders.
