DUTY MANAGER
In this role, you will be assisting the Assistant Front Office Manager in leading and managing the Front Office Department in delivering exceptional front-line services to our guests and colleague. In addition to assisting the Front Office operations, this position will be responsible for guest requests and/or complaints to ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years' experience in similar role
Service oriented with professional presentation skills
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
Passion to work with people
