Function: Independently set up machines using customer blueprints, Travelers, CAM Programs, and set-up sheets. Load tooling, install fixtures, and run first pieces to guarantee smooth operation. Your attention to detail and expertise will make you a vital part of our team.

salary: $42,000 - $70,999.99 per year

Responsibilities

1. Set-up CNC machines using customer blueprint.

2. Measure dimensions using various conventional measuring equipment, i.e. micrometers, calipers, bore gages, etc. (prior to first article sign off, and then during the run cycle)

3. Work on assignments with minimal supervision

4. Comply with all quality practices

5. Comply with all safety protocols

6. Maintain a clean organized work area

7. Maintain and perform routine machine maintenance

8. Perform tooling offsets

9. Responsible for program repeatability (any program changes must be saved for future use)

10. Operate machinery and deburr parts as needed
