Book keeper / Office Manager. Primary responsibilities will be accounts receivable / payable, reconciliations and providing financial information to our accountant for payroll and taxes. Office manager duties will en tale reception, answering phone calls, and ordering supplies for the office. Additional duties may include assisting with preparation of marketing materials, proposals and contracts.

Experience with Quickbooks desktop, knowledge of Quick books online and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. required. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign a plus.
