Residential Rehabilitation Program{rel="noopener" target="_blank"}(RRP) services are designed for individuals with serious mental illness who have difficulty maintaining housing. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.

What to expect.

This is an opportunity to provide support for mental health treatment. The position requires a strong understanding ofcommunity-based programs,behavioral health, andrehabilitation and recovery programs.

You will assist the Program Director in theoversight of delivery of services,staff supervision,administration, andevaluationof the program.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring services to clients througheffective interface with program componentsand external providers.
• Providingorientation and ongoing training, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Coaching for staff developmentincluding psychiatric rehabilitation skills, motivational techniques, and cognitive behavior techniques.
• Assuming bottom-line responsibility forstaff coverageof an assigned area.

This position isprimarily Monday - Friday business hours, but you must have flexibility to adjust based on program needs including evening or weekends.Requires on-call availability.

What we need from you.

• High school diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of positively referenced experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A drivers license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
