Operations Manager - JR2417084

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Operations Manager, you have leadership responsibility for execution of the company strategy that drives overall field operations/sales excellence and delivers sales growth from customers within all the key segments in the region

The Operations Manager will report to the Zone Operation Manager and work remotely in the Atlanta area. Key Responsibilities * Manage the operational activities of the stores within the Region. * Achieve sales plan and maintaining expenses set within budgetary guidelines. * Provide safe and healthy work environment by maintaining PPG standards with regard to employee and community safety, health and environmental issues. * Ensure proper development of store personnel by identifying training opportunities and by providing a positive coaching model. * Conduct routine store assessments to ensure compliance with company standards and loss prevention guidelines. * Uphold safe store operations by instructing on store standards and organization, cleanliness, record keeping and merchandising. Ensure the overall, interior and exterior, store appearance. * Enforce and maintain equal employment and ethical standards in accordance with PPG policy. Promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. * Be focused on customer service by ensuring that high service standards are maintained and customer issues are quickly and efficiently resolved. * Recruit, develop and motivate store staff in a highly effective manner (employees ranging from store managers to part-time retail sales associates).

Qualifications * High School Diploma with at least 1 year of retail store management experience required. * Commitment and ability to work and travel within assigned market up to 50% with a valid Driver's License. * Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications sought after.
