Marketing Manager - JR2417500

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Manager is focused on the development of product strategies for the brand portfolio.

You are a well-rounded retail or B2B marketing professional with experience in brand and channel management, communications, and promotional development in addition to project management and process improvement.

You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager and will work a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities * Strategic Planning: Development of applicable annual and ongoing brand-related customer, segment, and product strategies based on consumer insights, category trends, competitive environment and our needs. * Customer Segment Management: Experience with customer and ed-use segments, their needs, and how to activate through targeted communications, trade shows, and industry associations. * Integrated Insights: Understand category, channel and customer insights to identify how PPG can help customers and consumers across all distribution channels and achieve profitable growth of the brand. * Promotional Development: Development of branded business driving promotions to close consumers at point of purchase. * Project Management/Process Improvement: Management of the development, production and implementation of marketing communications tactics. Leading process improvement across the team. * Budgeting: Maximization of budgets by using Return on Investment tools as a measurement of effectiveness and manage the yearly budget to include ongoing tracking of spend and budget.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management or another related field required. * 5+ years' experience within a Marketing or Merchandising role. * Data & Analytics experience in addition to SAP knowledge.
