This position will play a key role in financial reporting, communicating key business insights and driving collaboration between Product FP&A & the Commercial organization to ensure alignment on New Sales forecast, quota targets. You'll work closely with your team members, cross-functional partners and senior leadership to support the Commercial organization from a financial perspective across the entire CoverMyMeds product portfolio. The position is responsible for: Prepare monthly reports to communicate financial performance and key business insights to senior leadership Collaborate with Product FP&A to dive reporting, forecasting, business driver and long range planning consistency across all product suites Be a strategic business partner to the Commercial organization by providing financial analysis, reporting and insights to support sales compensation plan design and quota process. Work cross-functionally with Strategy, Sales and Product/3PL FP&A teams to develop new sales budget, update ongoing forecast, and highlight new sales risks/opportunities Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for actions and improvements Support Product, Sales Operations and Product FP&A business partners to report, monitor, and manage key financial and non-financial performance indicators Increase role productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools Implementing and supporting ongoing financial operations reporting Support special projects and ad-hoc analysis About You The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has strong communication and analytical skills as well as finance expertise.
