As a Field Engagement Trainer, you will promote sales by preparing and introducing Kroger shoppers to food and beverage products through sampling and support leadership with onboarding new hires, training & coaching team members as well as demo set up and break down.

Now, about you:

You're 21+ years or older Can work 28-32 hours per week including a minimum of 1 weekend day Can stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store Can lift up to 40 lbs. comfortably Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment Have experience training others Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner Have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Are willing to travel to multiple Kroger stores each week
