Insight Global Sales Rep in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales person to join one of the top Janitorial Services providers in the nation. This person will be mainly responsible for carry out the company's sales objectives and initiatives to meet or exceede the established sales goals and targets. This person will report directly to the Regional Director.

Expectations for this position will be that you are in office in Camp Hill M-F when not on-site at client meetings. Every morning you will be expected to make between 40-50 calls out to try and set new meetings. Afternoon expectations are that you will be out driving to client sites, having meetings, or doing in-person door-to-door prospecting.

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and be willing to make high volume cold calls and be able to create and conduct in-person presentations. To be successful in this role you must have the drive and motivation to meet and exceed sales quotas to continue growing the office.

Compensation for this role will be 45k base + bonuses and commission. On target sales reps can expect annual compensation between 65-85k

Skills and Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience within sales

  • Experience working in a CRM (Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)

  • Outgoing personality and ability to make 40-50 cold calls per day

-College degree -Experience within multi-family sales null
