$3,000 Sign On Bonus!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the audit process to ensure that established quality standards are met.

  • Manages and supervises the work of manufacturing production disciplines in the Operations function to maintain a high MPS completion percentage monthly,

  • Works with supervisor to set plans for sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.

  • Reviews issues with cell performance and productivity and oversees the development and implementation of action plans to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to look at issues as an opportunity to improve.

  • Soft skills are necessary to ensure communication stays neutral with other team members.

  • Oversees all customer interface to ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and customers receive satisfactory standards of service.

  • Accountable for all materials and logistics problem resolutions to ensure availability of materials.

  • Responsible for ensuring on time delivery of calibrated items to metrology.

  • Reviews and deposits monthly TPMs

  • Creates maintenance requests.

  • Responsible for ordering all daily supplies and ordering new tooling provided applicable drawings are available.

  • Responsible for requesting and obtaining material from other stock locations.

  • Pick of STO’s and delivering to other departments will be required.

  • Responsible for submitting turnback's.

  • Completes inventory audits annually.

  • Willingness to learn and provide creative solutions is a must.

  • SAP experience preferred

    Basic Qualifications:

  • H S diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

  • Must be able to stand for 8+ hours.

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

  • Must be available for overtime, including extended workdays and weekends.

  • Ability to always comply with EH&S policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.

  • Attend EH&S trainings as required.

  • Ability to report unsafe practices and/or conditions to the appropriate individuals to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.

  • Ability to recommend improvements to EH&S practices to create a safer workplace.

    Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
