Core Responsibilities

As GamesProduct Marketing Manager, you will be a pivotal member of our team, entrusted with:

  • Collaborating closely with internal and external teams to discover and develop captivating product marketing strategies that resonate with diverse player audiences.

  • Demonstrating your growth mindset to infuse creativity into every aspect of our marketing efforts incl. compelling narratives and visually stunning assets that inspire and engage our audience.

  • Proposing new player centered value propositions and go-to-market strategies across products, or product features based on market insights, player needs and the LEGO ecosystem.

  • Curating and managing content andplansacross touchpointsand platforms like social media to drive awareness of value to players.

  • Monitoring and analyzing product activation performance.

  • Supporting marketing innovation efforts within digital play.

The LEGO ® GAME teamis responsible forall game products across the company. It is our ambition todemonstrate,that gamesand game integrationsbased on the LEGO ® Idea can be the most fun, creative,and collaborative, while being safe. Developed for everyone and loved by children.

You will join the LEGO GAME Ecosystem Integrations team and work cross functionally towards delivering value adding products and integrations across games and thus the wider LEGO ecosystem to players of all ages.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong marketing backgroundwithexperiencefromor curiosity fordigital play andgames

  • Minimum 4 years of diverse marketing experience

  • Experience with driving end to end marketinginitiatives

  • Systematic approach to marketing, with the ability to prioritize according to relevantneeds

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbally and visually) and a collaborative approach, with a curiosity about bringing people together to achieve sharedgoals

  • Experience from working in big organizations with manypartners

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
